- Initial Assessment/Evaluation/Interview Session: $160.00
- Following Sessions: $145.00
- Group Sessions: $30.00/session
- Distance Counseling: $100.00 for 60 minutes (when insurance is not utilized).
Insurance
We will assist you in using your mental health insurance benefits. You will be responsible for fees meeting your co-payments and deductibles.

You may pay with a credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for the time that has been set-aside for you. Therefore, if you are unable to attend, and need to cancel, it is your responsibility to let your counselor know 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
You can cancel an appointment by calling 254-741-5944 if it is more than 24 hours in advance. If your cancellation notice is less than 24 hours, you will need to call 254-741-5944 and leave a message. You will be charged $67.50 for late cancellation or failure to keep an appointment.
